Back then on the day when I was flying to Lahore LHE/OPLA from Kuwait KWI/OKBK on board Pakistan International Airlines - PIA's Airbus A310-308 AP-BEB as Pakistan 206 in command of Captain Tariq, diverted to Karachi KHI/OPKC. During the descent of flight, I noticed that engines are getting power and the aircraft started to ascend and banking right which made me thought of some thing not going to be good. Very next to this, Capt. Tariq announced with regret that we tried our level best to land at Lahore but unfortunately, there is high downfall and surface winds due to which we cannot continue our approach to Lahore and are being diverted to Karachi. So here is the post landing picture of my flight taken from the transit terminal.
